Enrollment has increased at more than half of the University of Wisconsin’s campuses this fall.
Preliminary figures released yesterday show the university gained over a thousand additional students overall.
Campuses at Eau Claire, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, River Falls, Stevens Point, Superior, and Whitewater all reported growth.
UW-Madison now has more than 51,000 students. However, the university did not specify how many of these students are from Wisconsin.
