Robert F. Kennedy Jr. continues to fight to be removed from Wisconsin’s November ballot.
He filed an appeal yesterday against a Dane County judge’s decision that keeps him on the ballot.
Kennedy argues that Wisconsin’s ballot access laws unfairly favor Republican and Democratic candidates over independents.
However, the judge ruled that they cannot be removed once a candidate is placed on the Wisconsin ballot.
With the state’s clerks set to start printing and mailing ballots as soon as tomorrow, Kennedy’s time to secure a reversal is running out.
