Sauve’s Auto Service in Two Rivers has received approval from the City Council for an expansion project.
At the Two Rivers City Council meeting on Monday (September 16th), they amended the conditional use permit for an addition to the auto service business located at 1421 Washington Street.
Sauve’s, which has been open since 1959, will be expanding their business to 6,600 square feet and will add an 18-spot parking lot.
Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley told Seehafer News, “Sauve’s is embarking on a pretty major expansion project at their building. They are adding three service bays and adding on to their office and waiting area.”
The revisions the City Council requested to the plan included allocating space for a dumpster, ADA parking, and the screening off of their tire storage.
There is no set date for the beginning of this project but is expected to begin sometime this fall.
