Money will be raised for Alzheimer’s research at the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Sheboygan County.
The fundraising event will be held at Sheboygan’s Evergreen Park on Saturday (September 21st).
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s will open at 8:030 a.m. with the opening ceremony taking place at 9:40 and the walk will begin at 10:00.
The walk will be a two-mile non-competitive walk on paved roads and sidewalks.
While there is no registration fee, all participants are required to register for the event.
Currently, over 300 individuals make up more than 50 teams that are already signed up for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Additionally, more than $56,000 has already been raised for the walk, however, it is only 44 percent of their total goal of $128,500.
