The newly created Emplify Health System has announced a new member of their leadership team.
The organization, which is the new name of the merged Bellin and Gundersen Health System, has named Bob Pepper their new Vice President of Growth and Execution.
Pepper brings to the position more than 30 years of experience in market strategy, product development, and consumer engagement, most recently working with the Mayo Clinic.
Bill Farrell, Emplify Health’s Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, says that Pepper is the right person for the job due to his “track record of collaborating with operational leaders to create winning strategies and successfully executing on them to grow and create new markets, contiguous and not contiguous to existing geographies, both inside and outside of healthcare.”
