There’s a way for anyone to help remember Elijah Vue after his remains were found last week.
A Virtual Candlelight Vigil for the toddler will be held on Facebook next Friday (September 27th) from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The group who created the virtual candlelight vigil says, “Let’s all come “together” and honor this sweet young boy whose life was taken way too soon at the hands of monsters.”
They continue to ask everyone to light a candle or turn on a blue light in remembrance of Elijah and share their pictures on Facebook.
Elijah’s remains were found in the Town of Two Rivers near Kristy Bob Lane and Manitou Drive on September 8th.
Two Rivers Police confirmed who the remains were last week during a press conference.
Elijah’s mother Katrina Baur and her boyfriend Jesse Vang are facing charges for incidents that happened before Elijah went missing, but no new charges have been filed since.
Baur released a statement through her lawyer earlier this week (September 18th) after Elijah’s remains were found, with Baur saying that she was devastated to hear the news.
She won’t return to court until October, while Vang will be back next Friday (September 27th).
