A Manitowoc church is looking to help properly dispose of electronics.
First Lutheran Church will be hosting an electronics recycling day on Saturday, October 5th, from 10:00 to 1:00 p.m. in the church parking lot, 521 North 8th Street.
Any community member is invited to bring items for proper disposal.
Computer towers, laptops, keyboards and mice, printers, phones of any type, stereo equipment, wires, stoves, washers, dryers, microwaves, and all sorts of household electrical appliances are being accepted.
A fee must be charged for computer monitors ($10), TVs under 30 inch ($15), over 30 inch and console TVs ($30), items containing refrigerant (air conditioner, dehumidifier, $5 each), refrigerators ($10).
