Former NFL quarterback Brett Favre has revealed he is battling Parkinson’s disease.
Favre made the announcement Tuesday while testifying before Congress during discussions related to the Mississippi welfare fraud case he’s been linked to for years.
He did not disclose how or when he was diagnosed, nor whether his time in the NFL contributed to the condition.
Favre, who played 20 seasons in the league, endured numerous concussions throughout his career.
