Sheboygan Falls Assistant Fire Chief is facing criminal charges.
A press release from Sheboygan Falls Police announced that Assistant Fire Chief John Albright has been placed on administrative leave following a criminal investigation.
The release continues to say Albright has been charged with 2nd-degree Sexual Assault of a Child under the age of 16 and is currently in the Sheboygan County Detention Center.
Sheboygan Falls Police say the investigation is ongoing, and no further information is being released at this time.
According to circuit court records, Albright’s bond was set at $150,000 cash.
He’s to have no contact with a victim, not possess drugs or alcohol, wearing a GPS monitor, and can’t have any contact with minors.
His next court date is set for October 23rd.
