The three suspects in custody for the death of Brandon Ramirez have appeared in court.
FOX11 reports that all three men are from Green Bay but are yet to be officially charged in relation to Ramirez’s death.
The first of the men arrested, 18-year-old Dion Richardson, has had a $1 million cash bond set and charges will be filed before an October 4th hearing.
The two men arrested on Monday (September 23rd), 22-year-old Nigel White and 18-year-old Elijah White, have had their bond set at $500,000 and $750,000 cash, respectively.
Nigel is expected to receive charges before a court hearing on October 11th while Elijah’s next appearance will be on October 8th.
Green Bay Police have requested charges of first-degree intentional homicide.
However, due to the three suspects claiming different levels of involvement in the deadly shooting of Ramirez, they have received varying amounts for their bond.
Deputy District Attorney Wendy Lemkuil stated that at the very least, the Whites could face felony murder or being a party to the crime of first-degree intentional homicide.
Richardson’s lawyer also implied that he was the one to shoot Ramirez.
