Two brothers in prison for murder will be freed after DNA evidence has cleared their names.
Fox 11 reports that David and Robert Bintz were convicted of the murder and sexual assault of Sandra Lison in 2000.
Through joint efforts of several law enforcement agencies including the Wisconsin State Crime Lab, DNA test proves that convicted rapist William Hendricks was the person who committed the crime.
According to court documents, the chances that the chance are 1 in 329 trillion that the source from the crime scene is someone else other than Hendricks.
Lison was a bartender at the Good Time Tavern in Green Bay but went missing after her shift. Her body was later found in the Machickanee Forest.
