There’s a new restaurant coming to downtown Manitowoc.
Hot Daugs will be a retro-themed hot dog haus that will be opening at 316 North 8th Street and will feature high-quality, locally sourced pork and eff natural cased hot dogs on freshly baked rolls with chili.
The owners are local entrepreneurs Amber and Brad Daugs.
Amber is the founder of Grow It Forward.
On Facebook, Amber calls the restaurant a dream that’s been on the shelf for 25 years.
She says she’ll continue to be firmly involved with Grow It Forward but noted she can’t wait to share more as their journey into this restaurant venture unfolds.
An official opening date has not been announced.
