A Casco man is facing his 4th OWI charge.
Wisconsin State Patrol announced that yesterday afternoon (October 2nd), they pulled over a vehicle involved in a crash on County Highway K near Briar Patch Lane.
The state trooper arrested the driver, 59-year-old Paul Edward Rowell when he showed signs of impairment.
Rowell was arrested and taken to Aurora Hospital in Green Bay for a blood draw before being brought back to the Kewaunee County Jail.
