A Manitowoc manufacturer has acquired the assets of another manufacturer based in Butler, Wisconsin.
Manitowoc Tool and Machining has announced that they plan to relocate all of the equipment from Butler Gear LLC, and integrate the operations under the GV Machining name.
The Butler Gear asset acquisition follows MTM’s recent purchase of GV Machining in May 2023 and MVI in 2024, further expanding its capabilities.
Rick Swoboda, the President of MTM, said of the acquisition, “We are excited to integrate these new technologies across our three leading companies in the CNC machining industry.”
