Once again, the public is invited to help crown the Curd King of the Clipper City.
United Way Manitowoc County’s 4th Annual Curd Crawl is being held tomorrow (October 5th) in downtown Manitowoc.
Participants are encouraged to meet at The Fat Seagull at noon for the kick-off before participants scatter to eight restaurants around the downtown area to taste test each of their cheese curds.
They will then rate each one, and turn in their votes to be counted up, and a winner declared.
Participating in this year’s crawl are The Fat Seagull, Brick’s Downtown Bar and Grill, Broken Plate, Courthouse Pub, Pizza Garden, Waterfront Wine Bar, The Wharf, and Wrap it Up.
Wristbands are available at the United Way office on Waldo Boulevard, and on the day of the event at The Fat Seagull.
