It will be a busy start to the week in the City of Two Rivers, as there are three meetings on the calendar.
First up is the Committee on Aging, which will be in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 this morning (October 7th).
They will get their usual monthly reports before reviewing the Senior Center’s goals for accreditation.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Public Utilities Committee will be in the Committee Room in City Hall, where they will hear input from the public.
They will also get the latest on the Roosevelt Avenue, LSL, and Sandy Bay Highlands projects, before looking ahead to what is on tap for 2025.
The City Council will close out the day in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
After hearing input from the public, the council will honor Terry Ehle, who was recently named the Librarian of the Year in Wisconsin.
They will also hear items pertaining to the front yard vegetable garden program.
