The Commercial Growers of Wisconsin have honored the founder of a local business.
Kurt Dramm was inducted into the Commercial Growers of Wisconsin Hall of Fame last Wednesday (October 9th).
The group recognized Dramm for his selfless contributions and lasting positive impact on the horticulture and floriculture industry throughout his entire career.
Kurt and his brother John co-founded the Dramm Company in 1968, producing garden and greenhouse watering products.
Kurt ran the Dramm Corporation for over 45 years after his brother passed away early on.
The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony for Kurt was held in Denmark with his son Hans and his wife Marlene accepting the award on his behalf.
According to the Commercial Growers of Wisconsin, the Dramm family expressed their deep gratitude and humility in accepting the award for Kurt.
