The Wisconsin DNR is asking for public comment for a Green Bay company’s application.
Fincantieri ACE Marine is looking to join Tier 1 of the Green Bay Tier Program. T
he program would encourage, recognize, and reward companies that have a good environmental record but still want to improve.
According to the DNR, preserving and protecting the environment is a key aspect of Fincantieri because they want to reduce water and energy consumption, increase environmental awareness among employees so they understand the positive impact of their work as well as investing in and promoting sustainable transmission.
