A woman who was charged with recording an underage girl undressing has been sentenced.
WBAY reports that 38-year-old Samantha Trebilcock got nine months in jail starting next month and will be on probation for three years after her release.
Judge Timothy Hinkfuss ruled that Trebilcock deserved jail time after reading victim statements at a hearing yesterday (October 16th).
Charges against Trebilcock were reduced from attempted capture of an intimate representation to a misdemeanor.
Prosecutors said Trebilcock helped get the 16-year-old drunk before secretly recording the girl getting undressed.
Her boyfriend, Michael Cannell, was indicted on four counts of Production of Child Pornography.
After being found guilty, he was sentenced to five years in prison last year.
