The Village of Mishicot is getting ready for their annual Pumpkinfest.
The annual fall event begins tomorrow (October 19th) at 9:00 a.m. and will go on until 3:00 p.m. through downtown.
The event put on by MAGIC or the Mishicot Area Growth and Improvement Committee will start with the Pumpkin pancakes being served at Mishicot High School from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Pumpkin carving and decorating gets underway at 8:30 a.m. with entries due at the fire station by 11:00 a.m.
One of the featured events, the giant pumpkin unloading and weigh-off starts at 9:00 a.m. at the Mishicot Country Store. From 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m. there will be pony rides and a petting zoo at the Old School on Elizabeth Street.
A parade will take place at noon, with the line beginning at 11:00 am at O. H. Schultz Elementary School.
