Two men have been arrested for sexually assaulting the same child.
A Manitowoc Police Detective began investigating the claim on August 27th when the victim told them that they had had sex with a man they believed to be 24 years old.
A witness told the investigators that they saw the victim consume alcohol with the suspect before entering a room in a residence where the suspect resides.
A photo of the two together was provided to the detective which helped identify the suspect.
The victim noted that there were two separate instances where the two engaged in sexual activity and that there was another man who also sexually assaulted them.
Both men reside in the same home, and the victim admitted to being at their residence at least four times.
Both suspects were arrested on Friday, and both admitted to engaging in sexual contact with the underage victim.
Both 24-year-old men were charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, while one was also hit with a charge of Engaging in Repeated Acts of Sexual Assault Against the Same Child and the other with Possession of Cocaine as a Misdemeanor.
