Milwaukee Police report that the man shot at a flag football game two weeks ago appears to have been an innocent bystander.
Gavino Avalos-Morales was formally charged yesterday for the incident, which occurred during an October 12th game at South Stadium.
Authorities say Avalos-Morales brandished a gun and fatally shot Raysean Barnes during an altercation with two other individuals.
Barnes, who was simply returning to his car to get water for a player, was not involved in the fight.
Avalos-Morales is being held on a $250,000 bond.
