With Halloween just around the corner, a paranormal activity investigator is encouraging everyone to see what spooky things they can find in their area.
Author and presenter Chad Lewis was recently on the Breakfast Club where he spoke about paranormal activity around Wisconsin.
Lewis says there is a lot of paranormal activity that has been reported around the state, and he is encouraging everyone not to just take his word for it.
He specifically pointed to “The Maribel Caves Hotel, which is thought to have a portal to another world.”
He also noted that people in our area have seen “ghost ships on Lake Michigan where people claim to see craft that appear to be from the 1800s or haunted places you can spend the night.”
He also encourages everyone to dig a little deeper into the history of where they live, because they just may find something…otherworldly.
“Legends and folklore illustrate that every place has a really unique history and odd things to check out,” he explained. “Sometimes you have to dig a little bit for them.”
Lewis will be making an appearance in Manitowoc Thursday, October 24th.
He will be upstairs in the Balkansky room in the Manitowoc Public Library starting at 6:00 p.m.
