A member of the Clipper City Chordsmen has been honored.
An announcement from Don Lewellen says that Jim Rasmus was named the district Barbershopper of the Year at the Land O’Lakes District Barbershop Convention in Minneapolis.
The award goes to a member of the district that’s shown outstanding dedication and goes above and beyond what’s expected of them.
According to previous recipient Bob Fricke, “Jim has taken on the role of Vice President of Chapter Support and Development. He has done a tremendous job of leadership as well as developing new ideas on how the District can help its individual Chapters to be successful.”
The Land O’ Lakes District is part of the Barbershop Harmony Society and covers part of five states and three Canadian Provinces.
