The Lakeshore All Sports Hall of Fame Major Awards Committee is now accepting applications for The Annual Enshrinement Banquet to be held on Wednesday, April 30th, at City Limits in Manitowoc.
This banquet is held to honor and celebrate individuals who have brought distinction to themselves and the lakeshore through significant contributions in the field of athletics.
Applications will be considered for individuals to be enshrined into the hall and/or recognized for their achievements that positively enhance the lives of youth through athletics.
Achievement Award Sponsorships are $350, which reserves a table for eight at the banquet and a plaque for the chosen recipient.
Enshrine Sponsorships are available for $500, which reserves a table for eight at the banquet, a ΒΌ page ad in the program, plaques for both the sponsor and chosen recipient, and a Hall of Fame Gold Plate.
Enshrinement applications must be submitted by December 8th, and Achievement Award nominations must be submitted by January 31st, 2025.
