Both men accused of sexually assaulting a child multiple times remain in the Manitowoc County Jail.
As of this morning, Ruddy A. Alaniz-Moreno and Yexon David Gutierrez-Garcia are each still being held on a $15,000 cash bond.
Both 24-year-old men are facing charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, while Alaniz-Moreno is facing charges of Misdemeanor Possession of Cocaine, and Gutierrez-Garcia is charged with Engaging in Repeated Acts of Sexual Assault of a Child.
The duo were arrested after a minor victim reported having sexual contact with both of them on multiple occasions.
Both were ordered to have no contact with the victim, anyone under 18, or each other.
Both are due back in court on Monday (October 28th).
