WIAA Sectional Volleyball will feature some local teams competing later this week.
Manitowoc Lutheran moves on after beating Lourdes Academy (Oshkosh) in three sets Saturday night to capture a Division Four Regional Title.
The Lancers will host Living Word Lutheran (Jackson) on Thursday at 7 p.m., as they defeated Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah 3-0.
The Valders Vikings continued their season by defeating the Kiel Raiders in four sets, 3-1, in a Division Three Regional Final.
Valders hosts Cedar Grove-Belgium in the Sectional Semifinals Thursday at 7 p.m. after they defeated St. Mary’s Springs (Fond Du Lac) 3-1.
Sheboygan Chrisitan is also moving on after beating Faith Chrisitan 3-0, while Manitowoc Lincoln’s season ended following a 3-1 loss to West Bend West.
Sheboygan Falls’ season is also over after they lost to Kewaskum, while Luxemburg-Casco takes down Notre Dame (Green Bay) 3-0.
Other matches saw Neuman Catholic beat Hilbert, Green Bay NEW Lutheran take down Northland Lutheran, Bay Port cruises past West De Pere, and Xavier beat Appleton North.
Kimberly defeats De Pere, Menomonee Falls gets by Fond du Lac, Freedom beats Fox Valley Lutheran in four sets, while Oshkosh West defeats Neenah.
All those matches were played on Saturday night. All sectional semifinals are Thursday at 7 p.m.
