Changes are on the way for Sheboygan’s public transportation users.
Shoreline Metro, Sheboygan’s transportation agency, has announced their End of Night Shuttles at 8:15 p.m. on weekdays and 3:45 p.m. on Saturdays will be discontinued.
The weekday End of Night Shuttle will be discontinued on November 18th while the Saturday shuttle will be discontinued November 23rd.
Following those dates, bus riders must use the 7:45 p.m. routes on Monday through Friday and 3:15 p.m. routes on Saturdays to get to their final destination.
Positive changes are on the way as well as all Sheboygan Area School District students and staff are now provided with free rides between 5:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. for the 2024-2025 school year.
This change went into effect on November 1st and students will be offered a punch card for rides while staff must just show their ID badge to receive free fares during the school year.
