The daughter of Rosie O’Donnell now has an arraignment date scheduled for one of her two drug cases.
Court records show that, while Chelsea O’Donnell did not appear herself, her attorney, Brad Hansen, was present for the initial appearance in her Marinette County drug case yesterday (November 4th).
O’Donnell has had her preliminary hearing and arraignment scheduled for November 26th.
In Marinette, she is charged with being a party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, and neglecting a child, all felony offenses.
In the same case, she has been charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, drug paraphernalia, and illegally obtained prescription medication.
O’Donnell is also facing drug-related charges in Oconto County.
There, she has been charged with felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and narcotic drugs, amongst other charges.
O’Donnell is next due back inside an Oconto County courtroom on Thursday (November 7th) for her initial appearance.
