The Indianapolis, Indiana man charged with attempted homicide at a Manitowoc apartment complex will be going to trial.
A pre-trial conference was held Wednesday (November 6th) for 60-year-old Clarance Holder. His pre-trial conference was set for May 5th.
His jury trial would start on May 13th.
Holder is accused of shooting at a man at the Viebahn Apartments after dressing like a delivery driver and trying to rob the man.
The man was able to get out of his apartment before he was shot.
Another suspect was arrested in the attempted homicide last month.
41-year-old Oscar Rodriguez is facing charges of armed robbery with a threat of force and conspiracy to commit a crime.
He’s due back in court later this month for a preliminary hearing.
