Police in Oshkosh are investigating a shooting incident that left a teenager recovering from gunshot wounds.
The Oshkosh Police Department was called to the 600 block of Central Street on Saturday at approximately 4:30 a.m. on a report of gunshots.
Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg.
The teen was taken to a local hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
At this time, the investigation is ongoing, and no shooter has been identified, however, law enforcement believes this to be an isolated incident meaning there is no danger to the public.
