The daughter of Rosie O’Donnell will be going to trial.
Chelsea O’Donnell appeared inside an Oconto County courtroom yesterday (November 12th) for a bail hearing, during which a judge decided to have her bound over for trial.
In Oconto County, O’Donnell has been charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and narcotic drugs along with misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction.
O’Donnell is facing additional drug charges in Marinette County along with child neglect.
Additionally, during her bail hearing yesterday, she also had her bail lowered to $4,000 cash and waived her preliminary hearing.
O’Donnell’s next appearance in Oconto County will be on December 12th for an arraignment, while she is next due back inside a Marinette County courtroom on November 26th for a preliminary hearing.
