A man convicted of child sex crimes is set to be released from jail, and will reside in Manitowoc.
Rick A. Holtz was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and will be released on November 19th.
The Manitowoc Police Department reports that he will be living in the 1100 block of South 19th Street and is expected to follow rules as established by the Department of Corrections and be registered with the Sex Offender Registration Program and GPS Tracking for life.
Holtz is not wanted by police at this time, and any intimidation or harassment will not be tolerated.
The Manitowoc Police Department informs the public of sex offenders residing in the community not to instill fear but rather to ensure the community is as informed as possible.
