An elementary school in Sheboygan has received thousands in grant money.
Grant Elementary School was the recipient of a $5,000 donation from the newly opened Burlington in Sheboygan.
At Burlington’s grand opening event earlier this month, Grant Elementary received the check through the Adopt a Classroom corporate partnership program.
Adopt a Classroom is a national nonprofit that supports PreK through grade 12 students.
The corporate sponsorship program allows a business of any size to support local students and high-needs classrooms.
After receiving the grant, Grant Elementary said, “We are grateful for your generous donation to help further our students’ education!”
