The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.
Jason R. Neumann, a 43-year-old Manitowoc resident, is believed to have gone missing sometime Monday (November 18th), but his vehicle was found in Lake Michigan near the Village of Cleveland Tuesday morning.
A search of the area was conducted, but Neumann was not found.
