The man known under his drug-making pen name, Uncle Fester, has had a trial date set.
According to court documents, 65-year-old Stephen Preisler was present in a Brown County courtroom yesterday (November 20th) for a status hearing.
At the hearing, Preisler had a trial date set for March 11th after being charged with a long line of felony drug charges, including Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place and Possession with the Intent to Deliver Amphetamine, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine.
Last year, Preisler was arrested for allegedly running a meth lab, with authorities finding roughly $65,000 of the drug in his home.
Preisler, under the pen name Uncle Fester, gained notoriety online after writing books explaining how to manufacture ricin, methamphetamine, and other drugs.
An evidentiary hearing was also scheduled for the 65-year-old on January 16th; however, he will next appear in court for a motion hearing on December 20th.
