There are two meetings scheduled for today (November 25th) in the City of Manitowoc.
First, the Wisconsin Elections Commission will meet with election officials in the Council Chambers at 11:00 a.m. to conduct a voting equipment audit.
For each election, the WEC audits 375 random election machines throughout the state.
This year, Manitowoc’s 19th and 20th Ward machines were selected.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Library Board will meet in the Manitowoc Public Library and give the public time to comment.
Then, after reviewing their usual monthly reports, the group will approve the 2025 budget and receive updates on the meeting room policy and strategic plan.
These are the only meetings scheduled for the week in the Clipper City.
As a reminder, City Hall will be closed all day Thursday and Friday in celebration of Thanksgiving.
