Manitowoc Lincoln hosts Mishicot in the home and season opener for Head Coach Riley Garbe and the Ships girls’ basketball team.
Mishicot is looking for their first win of the season after dropping their first two contests to Kiel and Kohler.
Both teams will wear special warmup shirts in the JFK Fieldhouse before the opening tip to support The Haven Men’s Homeless Shelter in Manitowoc.
There will also be a fundraiser where fans can contribute financially to support the local organization.

Other girls’ games tonight include Valders hosting Reedsville in their home opener, Howards Grove traveling to Kiel, Brillion at Amherst, Sheboygan Falls traveling to Sheboygan North, Cedar Grove-Belgium traveling to Sheboygan Lutheran, Sheboygan Christian traveling to Random Lake, and Chilton at Hilbert.
Elsewhere, New Holstein hosts Plymouth, Kewaunee is home for Oconto Falls, Algoma hosts Luxemburg Casco, Southern Door has a long road trip to North Fond Du Lac, Green Bay Preble welcomes Domician of Whitefish Bay, Green Bay Southwest heads to Freedom, and Sturgeon Bay is home for Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran.
Also, Bay Port is at Oshkosh North, Fond Du Lac travels to De Pere, West De Pere hosts Shawano, and Marshfield heads to Neenah to meet The Rockets.
