As the holidays approach, the Sheboygan County Warming Shelter has released its winter wish list.
The Warming Center is seeking donations to help support neighbors and community members in need this winter.
They are asking for donations for transportation, hygiene, and shelf-stable foods.
Those donating have been asked to give bus passes and Kwik Trip gift cards to help those in need get around during the winter.
Hygiene items needed include travel-size body wash, shaving cream, and shampoo.
Granola bars, fruit cups, and crackers are considered shelf-stable foods the Warming Center also needs.
These donations can be dropped off at St. Luke United Methodist Church at 623 Ontario Avenue in Sheboygan Monday through Friday between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Clothing and bedding are also needed for donation and can be dropped off at St. John’s Church at 1248 Lincoln Avenue.
Hours of donations at St. John’s are Monday through Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and noon.
More information on the Sheboygan County Warming Center and a full list of items needed for donation can be found on their Facebook page.
