A man was arrested for OWI on Interstate 43 in Manitowoc County.
A Trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol stopped a vehicle for a speed violation on I-43 near Silver Creek Road yesterday (November 29th), just before 10:00 p.m.
The Trooper made contact with the driver, 68-year-old Bobby Hill of Green Bay, and observed a bottle of a transparent liquid near the man.
The contents of the bottle were later determined to be vodka.
Hill was ordered to perform a Standardized Field Sobriety Test, which he failed.
Following the tests, the Green Bay man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, his fifth offense.
