There are two meetings on tap for today (December 2nd) in the City of Manitowoc.
First, at 9:30 this morning, the Wisconsin Elections Commission will continue its audit of the voting machines for Wards 19 and 20, which began last week.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Personnel Committee will take over the chambers.
They will give the public time to comment before discussing proposed changes to the Fire/Rescue Department’s hiring process.
They will also review a request for a resolution regarding a conditional offer of employment for a Firefighter or paramedic Related to Elected Officials, Department Heads, or Supervisory Personnel.
The group will then discuss some changes to the City’s Compensation Plan, and the language in the employee policy manual.
They will then enter a closed session to get an update on the department heads’ performance reviews.
