The Two Rivers Raiders girls’ basketball team improved to 3-2 on the season after defeating Roncalli at the Hanger yesterday (December 3rd) 54-42.
The Raiders had a 26-20 lead at halftime and added to it after returning.
The Jets were able to get within three before Two Rivers established the lead for good.
For the Raiders, Kaylee Jensen had a team-high 23 points in the game, while Vayda Sonnenburg had 17 points and 15 rebounds for a double-double.
Lauren Stangel led Roncalli with 24 points.
Two Rivers is also 1-0 in the EWC with the win, while Roncalli is still looking for their first win of the season.
