Manitowoc Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a couple of people.
The police department posted a video on their Facebook page showing two people walking downtown Manitowoc.
Both are wearing dark clothing, with one man wearing an orange hat and the other wearing a hood.
It’s unknown what the two are being asked to talk to the police about.
