As 2024 comes to a close, Sheboygan’s election season is just weeks away.
In the City of Sheboygan, the 2025 election season kicks off on February 18th with the Spring Primary. Following the primary, the Spring Election will be held on April 1st.
Incumbent Mayor Ryan Sorenson is up for reelection, and currently, his lone challenger is set to be Alder John Belanger.
On the Common Council, Belanger represents wards three and four in the city.
District Five Alder Angela Ramey has declared non-candidacy for next year’s election, thus meaning her seat is up for grabs.
Common Council members Trey Mitchell, Barbara Felde, and Grazia Perrella are also up for reelection in April.
At this time, no challengers to these Alders have announced their candidacy.
