Charges of reckless homicide have been filed against a man accused of killing two individuals in Milwaukee just before Christmas.
The District Attorney’s Office formally charged 27-year-old Valentin Santana on Monday.
Police allege that Santana shot and killed two men in what appears to have been a drug deal that went awry.
Authorities reportedly found significant quantities of cocaine and fentanyl on one of the victims.
The day after the shooting, Santana led police on a high-speed chase at over 100 miles per hour, which ended with a crash on I-94.
