The man accused of fleeing from three separate law enforcement agencies remains in the Manitowoc County Jail.
18-year-old James B. Mortensen has yet to furnish his $500 cash bail on charges of Obstructing and two counts of Fleeing or Eluding an Officer.
Manitowoc police attempted to pull Mortensen over the day after Christmas, but he fled into the foggy night.
His vehicle was later spotted by Two Rivers Police and Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Deputies, both of whom he also successfully eluded.
He was later arrested by Two Rivers Police at a home in the city.
As a part of his bail, Mortensen is being ordered to not operate any motor vehicles.
He is due back in court on Monday for his initial appearance.
