Bail has been set for the man tasered during a trespassing arrest.
30-year-old Tyler M. Deveaux was given a $650 recognizance bond on charges of Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, and Disorderly Conduct.
Officers were called to the Trails End Trailer Court on December 29th on a report of a man trespassing on the property.
Deveaux was reportedly resistant to officers’ commands, saying he hadn’t done anything wrong. When the officers attempted to place him in handcuffs, Deveaux was allegedly resistant to the point that an officer was forced to use his taser.
Deveaux was ordered to have no contact with Trail’s End Mobile Home Park or the victim residence and he to maintain absolute sobriety.
He is due back in court on Thursday, January 23rd for his initial appearance.
