The charges against a man arrested in connection to a weekend crash in Manitowoc are now official.
Timothy D. Bright was given a $15,000 cash bond on charges of OWI, his fourth offense, Resisting an Officer, two counts of Threats to Law Enforcement, and six counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Bright was allegedly behind the wheel of a vehicle that struck at least three others, a building, a tree, and a planter box at around 6:30 Friday evening (January 3rd).
He was said to be uncooperative with police and allegedly kicked at and threatened officers while at a local hospital for an evidentiary blood draw.
As a part of his bond, Bright was ordered to not operate any motor vehicles and to maintain absolute sobriety.
Bright’s bond has not yet been posted, and he is due for his initial appearance on Monday (January 13th).
