The Village of Reedsville will seek a new village president in the upcoming 2025 Spring Election.
According to the village’s Facebook page, current Village President Allen Schreiber filed for noncandidacy, meaning he won’t run again for the seat.
Village Trustee Terry Hansen also filed for noncandidacy late last year.
The village reminds anyone who wants to run for a village trustee seat or for the village president to have their paperwork in by tomorrow (January 7th) by 5:00 pm.
The 2025 Primary Election will be on February 18th.
