The Vice-President of Seehafer Broadcasting is stepping down as the chair of the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association’s Young Professionals Committee.
Terry Stevenson has served on the committee since its foundation and has been instrumental in its growth over the years.
Stevenson was also named the inaugural Young Professional of the Year in 2020, and called his activitee in the committee a privilege.
He said of his time in this role, “My grandfather, Don Seehafer, was an active member of the WBA and it brings me a lot of joy to follow in his footsteps.”
Taking over the role is Gabriella Rusk, a News Anchor at WMTV in Madison.
She voiced her excitement in a news release, saying, “I believe fostering relationships and mentorships between younger broadcasters across the state is the best way to ensure the strength of our industry for years to come.”
Stevenson was a founding member of the YP event known as The Toolbox, which will take place February 21st at Lambeau Field.
It will be Stevenson’s last activity as a member and chair of the committee.
